It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon the cut-off. It changes every year. Cut-off varies from state to state. It also varies from state quota seats to all india quota seats. Cut-off depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam difficulty level, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest NEET score, whether you belong to any category or not.
Here you haven't mentioned your state and the category you belong to. To get admission in BHMS you need to clear NEET examination. Depending upon the NEET score your college will be allotted to you.
So considering you as a general candidate, if you want to get admission in government BHMS college you need to score above 450 to secure a good government college, if you want to get admission in semi-goverment college you need to score above 400 to be on the safer side, and if you want admission in private college you should score above 300.
The fees of the government college can be in the range of 20000, for semi government college it's little high, from 25000-50000, and for private college it's quite high in the range of 1-3 lakh per annum.
