For admission under sports quota, there are the trials conducted from which the candidates are choosen. To be eligible to be a part of trials you have to fill a form.

Sports quota se admission lene ke lie trials hote hai aur uska form bhi alag se apply karna padta hai aur sports quota se admission lene ke lie tumne koi ache level par jaise ki State ya National khel rakha ho tabhi chances zyada hai.
