there is no b.tech courses offered in BHU,but iit inside BHU campus which is known as IIT BHU is offering b.tech courses for the students.for take admission,you've to give IIT JEE that means-you've qualify jee mains then you should give jee advance too.

Admission to four years B.Tech programme in IIT BHU is done on the basis of marks in the JEE Advanced exam. So, you will have to appear and qualify the JEE Main exam and then JEE Advanced exam for admission to the B.Tech programmes.

You might be aware that JEE Main 2019 exam will be conducted twice by NTA in January and April. Application process of JEE Main January exam is over.
