Last year i.e, NEET 2020 govt medical college for ebc category in bihar was allotted upto Air26615 and 587 marks in Madhepura.
So if we compare your marks and last year cut off marks you seems to be on borderline as there will be overall increase in seats of govt medical college in AIQ which might lead you to a govt seat in bihar state quota counseling.
Although it's fingers crossed situation, nothing can be said,hope you get a govt seat in your category in bihar state counseling.
You have good chance of getting every private MBBS college in bihar and govt BDS/BVSC/BAMS/BHMS seats. So you can plan a backup according to that.
