Bihar SCERT has released the cutoff marks and OBC cutoff is 124. As you are saying that you got 143 marks, so your name should be in the list if not, then you should contact BiharSCERT or you can also contact Liasion officer of Bihar state. visit the link to contact: https://www.biharscert.com/contact
