I suppose you are wanting to ask if you can get into NITs IIITs GFTIs after you have cracked JEE mains. Well as you mentioned that you are a SC candidate so you do not need to be in top 20 percentile of your boards rather only 65% marks is required for a SC candidate to be eligible for an NIT.
