As you have mentioned that your neet score is 577 marks and your AIR os 13987 and with a bihar state rank of 955 and ews category rank of 195 you have good chances of getting a government medical college in Bihar for MBBS.. See, 1st advantage is that you hold the state domicile which eventually increases your chances of getting a seat with 85% state quota seats.
