As you have mentioned that your neet score is 577 marks and you have ews reservation. So, looking both of these conditions you have good chances to get a government medical college in Bihar for MBBS. Idmf we look over previous year's cutoff for MBBS in bihar then 521 marks secured a seat for mbbs under 85% state quota. Having said that the cutoff changes every year by around 15-25 marks. Then if we look tge cutoff for mbbs in 2019, then your marks can easily fatch a seat for MBBS.
