BHU UET Bio group for B.Sc is for 150 questions for 150 minutes. Each correct answer gets you 3 marks and there is a negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer. You should prepare for Physics, Chemistry and Biology of 12th syllabus. The important topics might include:

Chemistry: Alcholols, Phenols and Ethers, Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids, Principles and Porcesses of Isolation of Elements, Atomic Structure, Biomolecules, Chemical Bonding and Molecular structure, Chemical Kinetics, Chemistry in Everyday life, Classification of elements and periodcity in properties, Coordination compounds, d and f block elements, Electro chemistry, Equilibrium, Haloalkanes and Haloerenes, Hydrocarbons, Hydrogen, Organic chemistry, Organic compounds, P block elements, surface chemistry, thermodynamics.
Physics: Physical World and Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of Motion
Work, Energy and Power, Motion of System of Particles and Rigibody, Gravitation, Properties of Bulk Matter, Thermodynamics, Behaviour of perfect gas and kinetic theory, Oscillation of waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic effects of current and magnetism, Electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, Electromagnetic waves, Optics, Dual Nature of matter and radiation, Atoms and nuclei, Electronic devices
Practise as many sample papers as you can.
BHU entrance examination for bio group is not that difficult to crack, I personally have given it and cracked it too.
Questions are from 10 + 2 levels only, so if you have studied well in your class 11th and 12th then it will not be very difficult for you to qualify BHU entrance examination.
To prepare for BHU entrance examination for bio group , first of all go through 10 + 2 syllabus for physics, chemistry and Biology and your major focus should be on clearing concepts and solving numericals
You should go through BHU previous year question papers, these past year papers will help you to understand the types of questions which are asked in exam, you will understand the important topics which are covered in the exam by practising them, you will also get to know your preparation level .Best of luck for your bhu entrance examination.

Well the question paper is not that difficult. If you are well equipped with the understanding of class 11th and 12th then you will be easily solve the question. Just revise and solve as many questions as possible. Solve last year papers as well because some questions do repeat. And worry not cause the level is very okayish in terms of difficulty
