Hello Mahi,
Admission to MBBS course is on the basis of NEET exam only. Other than NEET exam, AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER exams are also conducted for admission to the medical course in these institutions.
If you are interested to take admission in medical/dental colleges then you should appear for NEET exam.
