Hello Aspirant,
Yes registration is required for listing of your name in the merit list of MP for NEET 2021. Whatever domicile you have entered while filling NEET UG 2021 Application form, according to it your name and NEET 2021 score will be sent by National testing Agency to the competent authority responsible for state quota counselling of your state, but you also have to register for state counselling of NEET 2021 in your state then only your name will be mentioned in the state merit list and counselling list. As of now the dates for registration has not been announced by the competent authorities so you have to wait for it.

-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks
