Bio stream I have taken in+2 but I want to join Indian army in high post so, before +2 what I can do plz suggest me

If you are from PCB background in 11th and 12th then you can opt for both of these options: -

1) - OPT FOR NEET UG ENTRANCE EXAM-  You can appear for NEET UG entrance exam so that you can get seat in Armed Force Medical College (AFMC)  for MBBS.

Procedure for applying: -

1- while applying for NEET tick on the option' applying for participating in university'

2- once you get admit card ,go to the AFMC site and register your NEET roll number

3- crack NEET with 490+( for boys) and 540+( for girls)

4) - After that you'd get called for an interview by AFMC

5) - After that you have to clear TOELR exam

6) - TOLER exam is followed by Physometric test

7) - finally there is an interview of 50 marks

8) - Your final merit is calculated on the basis of( NEET + TOELR) /4+ interview)  marks

9) - Additional marks are also given for NCC quota and army quota

10) - The ones who score higher marks get selected and called for a medical checkup

11) - After medical exam if you are decleard as fit,  you are Selcted

Eligibility criteria for NEET UG entrance exam-

1-10+2 marks

UR- 50%,  OBC/SC/ST- 40%, PWD- 45%( minimum)

2-  AGE-

candidate is required to complete 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31 of that year

2) - OPT FOR MNS

MNS is military nursing service which is a part of AFMS( ARMED FORCES MEDICAL SERVICE)

MNS application are invited only for female candidates

Various ranks of the military nursing service are: -

Major general

Brigadier

Colonel

Lieutenant

Major

Caption

Lieutenant

Eligibility criteria for MNS-

1-  The candidate should have passed 12th/ appearing examination as a regular student in all subject i.e PCB with English

2- Candidate should qualified the qualifying exam in first attempt from recognized board

3- should have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCB and English

If you have taken Biology and want to join Indian Army, I would suggest you to appear for NEET UG Entrance Examination and qualify for Armed Forced Medical College (AFMC), Pune.

NEET UG Elligibility Criteria -

Age -

Must be 17+ years of age as on 31st December of that year when you will give your NEET Exam.

10+2 Marks -

UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)

Attempts -

No limit


AFMC Pune Cut Off Marks

2018 - 551/720 (boys), 551/720 (girls)

2017 - 570/720 (boys), 600/720 (girls)

2016 - 498/720 (boys), 536/720 (girls)



You must target for a score of 610+ in NEET UG Exam for a sure shot selection in AFMC.
