Biotechnology engineering is a research field at least you have to invest approx 9 years upto PHD level than you can get good project and salary wise.
Otherwise after B.tech you have to compromise with the salary and job profile like quality control, Business development and marketing .
Choose the field According to all factors your years of investment, job factor , opportunities and demand.

If you're really interested in biotechnology, then it's fine go and opt that. If and only if, it's your passion. Think about it and otherwise, you can get CSE, ECE etc..

salary is not fixed for any buddy it is based on your skills and talents
k I got seat in top 6 engineering CLG in Telangana and the course is ECE but Iam interested in cse but I get seat in top 16 CLG which CLG I prefer most
