Dear aspirant,
NCERT is not enough for any competitive exam preparation. However, NCERT textbooks introduce you to both syllabus and concepts which are needed for NEET exam. For understanding the concepts you might need some helpbooks or coaching material and for practice you also need some coaching material and question banks or previous year question paper.
