you can go for fishery. pharmacy, agriculture, veternary and many other lines. But in my opinion may go for agriculture because it is very easy and also now-a-days it's demand is growing day0by-day. You can also go for Bsc in microbiology for teaching and research line.

You can opt bsc (bachelor of science)
It has various of options like bsc in biotechnology, CBZ,bsc in microbiology and so on
if u choose bsc in biotechnology honours it has a huge scope in research .

Apart from MBBS, there are many options such as
MBBS/BDS/BDes/BPharm/Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Physiotherapy/Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery/Nursing/Bachelor of Occupational Therapy/ BSc (Hons) in Agriculture, Forensic Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry etc. if you're inclined towards research or teaching, you can also pursue Master's Degree in the concerned subject in future and qualify for NET/SET.
You can also change your stream and consider other options such as

BBS
BMS
Chartered Accountant
Company Secretary
BHM
BJMC
Integrated Law(5 years)
BElEd
Fashion Designing
Animation
