it is difficult to pick one among the both because both are good in its way and both have scope as well.
when compare to computer engineering students taking bio medical engineering are less but it is an interesting course to learn.

Both of them are good in each of their fields, it's your interest and in which field you think you can be successful after pursuing your bachelor's or master's degree.
