In kerala there are total 4 colleges that offer B.Tech (Biomedical engineering) course.

1) KMCT college of Engineering for women.

2) Sahrdaya college of engineering and technology

3) Thangal Kunju Musaliar institute of technology

4) University of calicut.

and if you are asking about the scope of biomedical engineering in india is less as compared to other B.tech courses. If you are interested in research work then in that case biomedical engineering is Ok to choose but otherwise is not a good option to choose this course in india.

If you have an interest in the field of Engineering, Technology and Biology may pursue this course. Biomedical Engineering is a relatively newly introduced branch of Engineering. Also, compared to other branches, number of Colleges offering this course and seats available are very less . Owing to these factors, the job market associated with this sector is relatively less saturated.
