Dear student, the answer depends on how you define scope . If it's just knowledge, then both are awesome. You will get to know new things. Since EEE is one of the core branches it will require hardwork. Both the desciplines will lead you to different destinations. Where biotechnology will let you know that cowdungs can be use a fuel, after perusing EEE you will be devising smartphone battery that actually runs on gas from cowdung.
If your scope is limited to salary, then in India biotechnology has limited scope whereas EEE being a core branch has a wide scope.
It depends on your interest which one to choose.
All the best
Hope this helps
Also depends on the college you choose. And also depends on your liking towards either of the two subjects. But if you are neutral with these things, then what I'll prefer is EEE engineering since it has a better scope in the future since everything is going to be solar.
That's my personal choice. Now it's a free choice for you.
Best wishes. Thank you.
