Its better to choose IITm Gwalior for the integrated btech and mtech. Even though BITS is best , but IIT has much more recogonisition and as well as oppourtunities . IIT has wonderful placements and since its integrated you will make bonus in your career since both the degree comes from IIT which is never easy.

Iiitdm Kanchipuram also getting dual degree.or iitm Gwalior which one to choose

Its better to choose Gwalior since its more recogonised than kanchipuram. It also depends upon your reliability. Choose on whichever you can adapt easily with the atmosphere.
