If you are not branch or course oriented, then I would suggest you to go for BIT MESRA.

because here you would find really good faculty and exposure which enhance the quality of education.

So, taking it college wise, then BIT MESRA is better.

But if you want to go for CS/IT then I would suggest you to go for a good college where there are sure shot chances of you getting your desired branch.

Because at that time, college would not matter unless and until it is not a tier-3 college with poor academic facilities.
