According to your query,
Both colleges are equivalent in all temprms and in all aspects. Both offer you high placements but yes if you want to choose one then go for BITs campus as it is more Ood in academics and NIT at this concept and BITs is also one of the top colleges of India in B.E or M.E so go for it.

according to me you are advised to join in the BITS campus of your choice
better choice in the case of M.tech in case of your higher studies can help you more in field you work is BITS
