Eligibility criteria for BITSAT is that you must score aggregate of minimum 75% in PCB or PCM, and you must have individual score of more than 60% in all the required subjects i.e Physics, chemistry and mathematics or physics ,chemistry and Biology.

This criteria is for everyone, whether you are from NIOS or from any other board, the criteria remains the same.
