Publishers like Arihant and MTG have published books with the solved papers of BITSAT. (Probably constructed from the memories of students)

As the papers were online since 2014-17, the official papers have not been released so the above links may not be 100% accurate but I'd say they're good enough for practice.

BITSAT is one the prestigious examination in India for admission in undergraduate courses of BITS campuses.
