B.J. Medical College(BJMC) is a medical college situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat India. Affiliated to Gujarat University, BJMC is one of the largest medical institutes in the country.



BJ Medical College offers Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) to the candidates who want to pursue their career in the field of Medical Science. The course is offered for 5.5 years which includes internship too. The intake capacity is 250 seats.

Eligibilty -



Passed HSC with Minimum 70% Marks required in Theory Physics, Chemistry & Biology for General Category Students. For Reserve Categories Minimum Requirement 40% Marks required in Theory Physics, Chemistry & Biology.





The college also offers super speciality courses like Doctorate of Medicine (DM) and Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch) for a duration of three years. The number of seats depends upon the nature of specializations.



Candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in last qualifying examination. The eligible candidates are then required to appear in personal interview conducted by the college. However, candidates must have studied and passed postgraduate course in relevant discipline.
