The university has many undergraduate and postgraduate courses like MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, and many more courses. Candidates must check their eligibility criteria before applying to a particular course. The admission into the BJ Medical College is done on the basis of  an entrance examination. The candidates are selected based on the marks secured by them in an entrance examination.
