Hello,

Hi Ishika,

The answer is option 1.

Blood Clot is mainly due to Fibrin + corpuscles.

First prothrombin activator is activated and this converts prothrombin into thrombin. Thrombin is the enzyme which in turn converts fibrinogen into fibrin and Polymerized fibrin together with platelets(corpuscles) forms a clot at the wound site.
