The answer is Venous Return. The Blood pressure is directly proportional to the Viscosity of the blood. Other factors like The total length of the blood vessel and Elasticity of the arteries also affect Blood pressure to an extend there by ruling them out. The remaining is Venous Return and hence the option as answer.
