Yes you can become a CEO but you need to fight your way to the position. Also it is even better that you pursue an MBA before this as an MBA will get you better job opportunities.
You need to work really hard, get promoted various times, then only you can climb up the corporate ladder to reach the CEO position.
But you may become the CEO of your own company if you choose to become an entrepreneur.

Doesn't matter, tumhare interest pe depend krta hai. CEO is just a position, jaha aap gradual promotions se jaate ho. So you may choose any of the specialization and go. Finance would be preferable. And CEO jesi bhot aur position hoti hai jo utni hi important hai. like COO, CFO, CTO, Lead Recruiter, etc. So just go after your interests.
