Hello,
If you want good teaching faculty and good subjects (esp CS/IS) then, PESIT > BMS.
If you want to increase your coding skillslike hackathons, coding competitions then, PESIT > BMS
If you want good placements at the end of 4 years then, PESIT > BMS
If you want to be recognized outside India, especially if you want to apply for MS then, PESIT > BMS
So according to me pes would be a better choice
