Objective Arithmetic by RS Aggarawal and Quicker Maths by M.Tyra for Numerical Ability section
Verbal & Non Verbal Reasoning by RS Aggarawal for reasoning section
English can be divided in 3 parts - Vocabulary, grammar and Reading Compression.
Word power made easy by Norman Lewis and Hindu Editorial for Vocabulary. Hindu editorial will help you in RC too.
Develop habit of Reading for RC and practice RCs.
For Grammer you can refer any High school book and focus on error detection part
Careful reading of newspaper everyday will take care of Current affairs part. If you want you can purchase monthly magazine such as pratiyogita darpan, competition focus etc.
Practice Service Aptitude from precprev year papers.
Don't forget to solve all the past year questions.

Are u planning on the JEE?The NCHMCT to enter the hotel industry can be cracked with focused efforts and clear concepts. The 3 hour examination consists of 200 questions, divided into 5 topics. 1. Numerical Ability and Scientific Aptitude: 30 questions 2. Reasoning and Logical Deduction: 30 questions 3. General Knowledge and Current Affairs: 30 questions 4. English Language: 60 questions 5. Aptitude for Service Sector: 50 questions
English language has maximum number of questions so focus should be made on grammar. Practice Vocabulary and numerical ability.You can pick up Hotel management guide by Arihant. They will provide you with ample questions to practice. Read up on current affairs and GK. The last section is pretty logical and can be solved with reasoning. Lastly, practice sample papers and analyse previous years question paper as they give some idea about the pattern of questions.
