My recommendation is :
Maths - Concept:
Arihant subjective books series. (Lesser problems, optimum explanation)(or) Cengage books (more problems, over-explanationhere and there)
Maths - Problems
Shri Balajis Advanced Problems in Mathematics for Mains and Advanced.*
This is a great book for all students.
ForTop 100 Aspirants: (complete any one of the below books)
Problem plus in Mathematics by Das Gupta
R. D. Sharma
M. L. Khanna
Physics - Concept:
H. C. Verma *- most standard and recommended for JEE.
Students generally directly go to Exercises. But the beauty of questions lies in Objectives 1 & 2. And in the last questions of Exercises too.
Also do Worked out examples.
Halliday - Resnick - Walker for reference.
Arihant series -optimum explanation and practice. (or) Cengage series -more practice, over - explanation here and there (or) Physics Galaxy by Ashish Arora- wide range of concepts.
Physics - Problems :
NCERTExemplar Questions.*
If u r in 12th I suggest you to take Arihants. They have given Answer after Question. So that u can save time.
Otherwise It's upto u, U can download them also.
D. C. Pandey Problems Book is also good EXCEPT for those students who are sure of getting AIR Top 100.

Foreign books (reference) -Solomon & Fryle/ Wade & Singh/ Morrison Boyde (one of the three). If you are very deeply interestedin Organic, Peter Sykes/ I.L.Finar/ J.D.March are books of next level.
Inorganic:
Inorganic Chemistry by K.Rama Raois excellent if available. Otherwise O. P. Tandon/ Cengage would be fine.

Hi Abhrajeet Mallick!
For cracking Jee Mains and advance you can refer only one book and that is NCERT textbooks for maths, physics and chemistry because whatever questions that appear in the question paper of jee mains and advance cover the concepts that are present in the NCERT textbooks.
And for more information to gather, solve the previous years question papers and give mock tests regulalrly as many times as possible because this helps you to know where you stand what are your weak topics and where you should concentrate on.
Follow this steps and you will be flying high.
I hope this information is useful for you!
All the best!
