Of course a boy can do Nursing. It totally depends on your interest that if you are passionate about it or not. There is no problem for a male student pursuing Nursing and even top medical institutes have kept seats for male students in Nursing careers option.
There is good demand of nurses in country and it is no more bounded to woman only, it can be done by boys too.
Nursing is just like one another careers option so do not not think it on the basis of gender.
Further if we talk about eligibility criteria of Bsc Nursing then, the student must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board. The minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years old by 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
