Briefly dicuss on how the formation of INC

A.O. Hume, a retired government official who relocated to Shimla after retirement, founded the INC in 1885.
He established the "Indian National Union" and gathered several Indian leaders to discuss the Indian cause.
However, Dadabhai Naoroji's suggestion led to the name of the organisation being altered to "Indian National Congress." The American Constitution served as the inspiration for the phrase "Congress."
This claimed that one of the reasons cited for the creation of the INC was A.O. Hume's humanistic philosophy.In fact, it was claimed that Hume was profoundly moved by the political plight of the Indians and that he wanted to create a political platform for Indians that would serve as the "voice for Indians" in order to communicate their grievances to the British and lessen the growing discontent between the Indians and the British ruling class.
