Hi, if you are asking that B.Sc agriculture requires you land then that is not true. You can even study without owning any land. But if you wanna know if it's helpful then yes, it will definitely be helpful in case you have a piece of land and you wanna cultivate it. B.Sc agriculture will teach you the science behind the cultivation method, use of modern scientific equipment and techniques in agriculture, land surveying, soil science, water resource management, animal and poultry management, basics of biotechnology which is helpful if you are planning to look after your own land.
