Hi Amruth!
This totally depends on your field of interest and they are very much contrasting in their own ways. B.Sc. Agriculture is a study on plants, methods of Agriculture, etc,. Electrical and Electronics Engineering is the applications of electricity and electronics.
So, if you feel to study more about Agriculture and help the Nation then go ahead with B.Sc. Agriculture or want to innovate regarding Electronics then opt for EEE.
But, both have their own perks in job careers, salary, etc,.
Hope this is helpful!
All the best!

Hello,
This two department are totally different to each other. Bsc agriculture is mainly the branch of plant, botany. And in other side EEE is electrical department of engineering. Both are totally different. And you have many opportunities both of this.
If you are interested in machine, physics you can go for EEE and you are interested in plant, biology, botany then go for agriculture.
