B.Sc agri ranking 14123 & veterinary ranking 17520 , category gm any possibility?

It is quite difficult to get government seat with this rank in veterinary course as last year the closing rank was around 2200-2500. If you have had 10k rank, it would have been still possible.
Coming to agriculture then you could get:
