See you are compairing to completely uncorrelated fields. Both the courses have there own advantages and disadvantages. Now I think you have a typo it must be a BTech Biomedical Engineering.
Now BTech Biomedical is an Engineering course or BSc Biomedical is a general science course which focuses mainly on the applications of sciences in medical fields. This course consist of desgning instruments, maintenance of instruments and application. So this field isn't a direct medical or paramedical. This course enables you to work on the instrumental medical technologies which will help the physicians to treat patients.
Now BSc Nursing is a on field course i.e., its a direct interraction with a patient and need to work in hospital environmnet.
Now both the professions have good salary options. So you should choose based on your interest and not for the money because both of them are equally advantageous and with equal opportunities.
