Good and bad is a relative question. Thus if you consider about better course then you have to consider which satisfies your aspirations. Everyone has different aspirations in life and thus the good and best keeps on varying from person to person. So you have to choose the subject correct for you on the basis of your aspirations and targets.
BTech Biotechnology is more industry oriented. The development and production management as well as designing and application are the sole responsibility of Biotechnologists. After BTech Biotechnology there is a lot of scope to work in different companies with decent package and good career growth.
BSc Biotechnology is more academic related field. The field is concerned in the development of new techniques and theories in order to increase the efficiency of the process. Now after BSc Biotechnology there are very few scope to work in industry. So you have to pursue MSc Biotechnology in order to get a decent job. This course is more research oriented so if you have research as a priority then go for it but if you are more interested in jobs then I would recommend you to go for BTech Biotechnology.
**This doesn't mean in any way that BTech Biotechnologist can't do research but its more over on the applied portions of Biotechnology which helps to get jobs more easily.
