self finance means those course where government or the University of Grant commission does not provide any financial aid to these course and students are responsible to pay the entire cost of the respective course as the college does not get any grant from the government for these course. Therefore the fee will be higher than the other non self finance course.

Self finance or self financed course is the courses which is not funded by government and the student has to pay the course amount unlike the aided courses where government gives the fund for the courses. The self financed courses has fees slightly higher than those of government funded courses.
