Among all the universities and colleges that you have mentioned, I think the best would be SRM University for biotechnology or Sathyabama university for the same course because of good faculty and decent research facilities. Also the reputation of both of them holds good value and due to which funding and other resources are ample in amount for students to advance ahead.
