No, you are not eligible for FSSAI CFSO exam . only candidates having bachelor degree in following fields are eligible:
Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology, Oil Technology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Sciences, Food Technology, Microbiology.
OR

Masters Degree in Chemistry or medicine .

Also GATE and CSIR qualified candidates will be
preferred.

I don't think you are eligible because the eligible criteria for central food safety officer states that :

1. one should have a degree in food technology, dairy technology, biotechnology, oil technology, agricultural science, veterinary science, microbiology, chemistry with a master's, or medicine, or
2. any additional qualification that is equivalent to or recognised by the Central Government.
3. It is recommended if you have passed the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test, the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, or the Indian Council of Agricultural Research National Eligibility Test.
