All of the above Courses are Good and each and every Course have their own Advantages and Disadvantages.
If I talk about BSc in any Subject, BSc is just normal Graduation Course, the chances for Securing any Good Job with Good Salary is very Tough by doing just BSc, you need to do MSc or any Other Master Degree Programme to secure a Good Salary Job.
BSc is Good for Academics and Teaching, If you are Interested in Teaching then Do BSc in any Subject and just Do MSc in that particular Subject, If you are interested in School Teaching then you can go with B.Ed or If you are interested in University Teaching or Research then you can go with PhD.
Nowadays 4 year integrated programmes are also available for Teaching purpose that is BSc+B.Ed and B.El.ed.
If I specifically talk about BSc IT & BSc CS then with these Courses you can still secure a Job in IT or Cooperate sector but with BSc Physics or Maths Higher Education is the best option or you can prepare for any Government Jon entrance examination.
