The answer to this primarily depends on your interests and skills. You should first go through the syllabus of both these courses and find out which interests you. Scope wise , you really cannot compare, computer science will take you to a technical field and chemistry is a pure science field . Along with the subject content in both courses , you should search about various job roles and careers you can have in both areas. For example , if your interest is towards research and teaching then take chemistry one the other hand if you are more interested in getting into an IT job or become a web/game developer , then take up computer science.
Job prospects are good in both. Moreover , getting a good job or shaping up a god career out of the particular subject area depends on the individual's capabilities ,knowledge and hard work. To some extent the college you study in also matters in terms of providing quality education and placements, so even that comes into the picture.
