About B.Sc. in Dairy Technology:

• It is an undergraduate course which deals with science and technology involved in one domain of agriculture. Dairy science in particular deals with the technology involved in the rear and care of the dairy farm animals, production and quality check of dairy products.
• It revolves around science of bacteriology, biotechnology and nutrition, along with some principles of subjects like physics, chemistry, engineering and economics.
