Both courses are best you just need to find your interest in which you take interest ,go with that course ,both have better future scope ,if you find any difficulty with fish then choose btech food ,but if you want to choose just one and only one ,then yes everyone will recommend you btech food technology ,this course is really awesome and i am sure you will not be unemploy person after finishing this course. For this course you need to pass class 12th with 50 Percent of marks with physics and maths as a main subject ,also admission in colleges is based on entrance test and the fees of the college is upto 2.5 lakh .

See both the fields have there own merits and demerits. Now if you are up to go for Fishery and want to establish you own business of Fishes then going for the BSc Fisheries can be a good scope for you. But if you want to go for different companies corresponding to the fishery then you have to go for atleast a MSc. Now BTech Food Technology have a good scope to go for the Food processing industries and preservation sector. So both the fields have good scope but if you see about the scope in industrial sector, then BTech have a slightly more influence in the industrial sector compared to that of the BSc Fisheries. Now its your choice and interest that matters the most.
