hello, there is no need to worry. Your eligibility will not be affected because of the dropout. the rank and the seat will be provided purely based on the cut-off and your mark. all the best.

If not get the govt colleges then can I apply again for neet as bsc dropout plz help

definitely yes!! as already said, it doesn't matter if you have dropped out from graduation. for NEET the only eligibility is your 12th percentage.
