First of all both are undergraduate course and most of both course are similar so we are discuss briefly about course

B.Sc. Textile Design or Bachelor of Science in Textile Design is an undergraduate Fashion and Interior Designing course. Textile Design covers the study of the concepts and processes of creating designs for knitted, woven or printed fabrics, embroidery designs, print, weave, colour detailing, texture, etc using scientific principles and computer applications. The B.Sc. (Textile Design) degree course involves the study of technical aspects of production and the properties of fibres yarn and dyes. The course trains the student in all interconnectivity techniques related to Textile design integrated with computer application in the textile design process. B.Sc. (Textile Design) degree course also covers the study of some of the specialized fields in Textile Design such as Interiors (home furnishing) and Fabrics for garments and accessories. The course is three years duration and career orienting in nature.

B.Des. Textile Design or Bachelor of Design in Textile Design is an undergraduate Fashion and Interior Designing course. Textile Design covers the study of the concepts and processes of creating designs for knitted, woven or printed fabrics, embroidery designs, print, weave, colour detailing, texture, etc. In other words, B.Des. (Textile Design) is the study of textile designing which is an integral part of fashion industry. The course comprises the study of both surface design and structural design. B.Des. (Textile Design) degree course also covers the study of technical aspects of production and the properties of fibres yarn and dyes. It generally covers the study of some of the specialized fields in Textile Design such as Interiors (home furnishing) and fabrics for garments and accessories. The duration of the course is four years and it opens many opportunities for the applicants after its successful completion.

If yo go trough overall course then the difference in little bit  syllabus rather then anything and job opportunities is also good in both of course so as per my recommend you can go through any of course as per your interest .
