b.sc in chemistry vs b.pharma which is perfect scope
Hello aspirant,
Both Bpharm and BSC chemistry are separate departments. Bpharm stands for bachelor of pharmacy and is a four-year programme. And BSC chemistry is a three-year course that focuses mostly on the science stream. If you study BSC chemistry, you can work for the government, MSc, PhD, research, or as a chemist in a firm. Now, if you pursue a Bpharm, you can work in pharmacovigilance or as a data analyst; if you pursue a Mpharm MBA, you can work as the CEO of a pharmaceutical firm; you can work as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital; and you may work for any pharmaceutical company. So now you know what's beneficial for you and can join whichever one appeals to you. Both have a very good scope so choose them according to your choice.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you
See both the topics you have mentioned are very potent subjects. Now if you wish to go for the B.Pharma course the field is confined only to the Pharmaceutical companies and production. Its a job oriented course and if you can built your basics you can easily land a job. BSc Chemistry is a broader field. It includes all the chemical components and application. The gateway through chemistry can be in Research, Industrial Chemist, Biochemist etc. But the main thing is that, in order to be eligible to get a job, in the core field, one need to complete the Msc in Chemistry. Just after the 3 years of BSc chemistry you won't be able to have such an illustrious scope as that of the B.Pharma.
