bsc in forensic science Vs b.pharma Vs biotechnology which will be better ....I am confused ?

BioTech is far better than B.pharma & B.sc Forensic Science. You can pursue your Biotech from Top Institute such as IIT, IIIT's & NIT also. You can also go from Private Institute for BioTech also. In Biotech, the placements are also high as comapred to Cse Branch.
