Hello javed.
Both positions require an associates degree in their field but in my opinion Radiologiy technologists generally make a little more than medical laboratory technicians because: 1. MLT hold a Bachelor's degree in medical technology, medical laboratory presents more challenges and shows LESS growth and promise for your near future and shortage of medical laboratory increases competition. 2. If you are a skillful person then go for MLT and if not then go for Radiology as there were more opportunity and pay more than MLT salary. SALARY for MLT technicians is somewhere 8 to 10 thousand per month which is very less to cope up with present requirements.
